Greetings from Amethyst Rose Healing Arts and Happy June to everyone!
   
  It has been quite warm in Virginia and we need some of the rain East Anglia 
received recently!  
   
  CLASS UPDATES:
  Our biggest announcement is that Lisa has been getting spiritual nudges to 
change the August 18-19 class to Reiki I.  If anyone is interested in 
Seichim-Sekhem Reiki, please send us a message and we can try to work out an 
on-demand class.  The information the website www.amethysthealing.com has been 
updated to reflect the August Reiki I class.  Early registration by July 18 is 
$125, and current ARHA clients and students receive an additional $5 discount.  
So, to register, send us an email through the contact form on the website with 
your information and I can send a Paypal invoice for the special price of $120.
   
  Currently the Reiki II class for June 23 is sold out.  The next class will be 
September 29 and the same $5 discount applies (on top of the early registration 
discount for those registering by August 29).
   
  We can fit some people into the June 9 Crystal Discovery class.  To get your 
$5 discount, please use the "early registration" button if you are paying by 
PayPal.
   
  Also, Simon and Lisa are working on another class, which might turn into two 
classes depending on the amount of material.  This class focuses on Energetic 
Foundations (grounding, protection, working with energy) and Psychic Awareness 
to build one's intuition.  We would love to hear your thoughts on what you'd 
like to see in our classes!
   
  SERVICES:
  Don't forget that in addition to our classes, we offer various services 
including spirit medium readings (mostly by phone) and healing sessions 
(primarily in VA).  
   
  We also have a crystal and candle shop that one can purchase from at classes 
(saves shipping) or order online.

  CRYSTAL HIGHLIGHT:
  Today's crystal is Peach Aventurine.  In an earlier newsletter, we covered 
Aventurine, which is primarily a green crystal for the heart chakra.  Peach 
Aventurine is much like its green sibling, being a translucent to opaque stone 
in the quartz family with shiny bits of mica in it.  This crystal promotes 
courage, decisiveness, and strengthens the sacral chakra which boosts 
creativity.  It brings about calmness and balance, which aids in logical 
thinking.  All forms of aventurine are protective stones and overall excellent 
for healing.  This crystal is also available from our shop (under "small" 
crystals).
   
  HEALING TIP:
  Most people fertilize plants to give them some additional energy, but there 
is more than one way to give them a boost.  In addition to whatever you do to 
care for your plants, especially houseplants, try energizing water with Reiki 
before watering them.  Just hold the watering can between your hands and fill 
the water with energy.  Your plants will thank you!
