Greetings!

It is difficult to believe that those of us in Northern Virginia had a snow 
storm a week ago and today it is warm and sunny!  Now is a wonderful time to go 
outside and enjoy the weather!

We had a lovely Crystal Discovery class on 24 February.  Lisa is in the process 
of determining a date for the next class, possibly in late May or June.  

We have two upcoming classes:
    * Reiki I class is 24-25 March: There are limited spots left, so if you are 
interested in taking the class, please let us know as soon as possible!  Cost 
is $150 and current ARHA students and clients get a $10 discount.

   * Seichim-Sekhem Reiki (SSR) Facets I & II will be offered 19-20 May and 
there is still room for people to sign up!  While this is based on the Usui 
Reiki system as a framework, the energy feels very different.  Usui Reiki feels 
very earthy and physical for many people, and SSR feels watery and works very 
well on emotional issues.  No prior experience is necessary for the course.  
Cost is $125 if registered by 19 April, and current ARHA students and clients 
receive an additional $5 discount!

In addition to our classes, we also offer services to help you relax and heal.
Simon is a full-time professional spirit medium and offers powerful readings.  
Phone readings are a wonderful way to have a reading and avoids the stress of

Lisa offers Reiki and General Energy Healing sessions for $65/hour.  This 
service is currently offered in the Herndon, VA area and performed in-person.

Future classes are in the process of being scheduled for the late Spring,  
Summer, and beyond.   If you are interested in taking a particular a particular

dates when you are available and we will take those into consideration during 
our planning.

Tip of the day: if you suffer from allergies, consider carrying carnelian to 
slow down that running nose!   If you need any, you can order some from our

live in Northern Virginia, you can arrange an appointment to purchase crystals 
and candles in person and avoid the shipping charges!
